So, I just recently built a new computer and it was working fine.
I had just installed Windows XP and it booted up fine.
I then installed McAfee Anti-Virus and SBC Yahoo and then restarted.
After that, it is failing to boot correctly.
It keeps restarting itself before it gets to the Windows logo screen.
I've had this problem before but that was because i never reinstalled Windows XP.
Would McAfee or SBC have anything to do with the problem?
