You have a lot of processes running...
Go Start>>>Run>>>MSCONFIG
Go to the startup tab, look at what is starting up.. itunes etc.
See where the processes start from and judge whether they are needed or not. Then restart your pc and log in, click the checkbox and press ok. It's just windows telling you that you changed startup entries. Be careful though! Some stuff in there may be required for you to do certain things. for example your printer driver may be in there, without it you won't be able to use your printer unless you run the process.


Also:
download MalwareBytes. google it.
Download, update and run a quick scan. post the logfile after the scan is complete
