So when i'm playing call of duty or any other game my internet will just randomly freeze/lag for 10-30 seconds. My ping just shoots to 999 and i start teleporting all over the place then it goes back to normal for a few minutes then it start lagging and freezing again. It does this very randomly sometimes it won't do it for hours but sometimes it will do it every minute for like 10 minutes. When it does this lag in game my browser also freezes and the internet on my iphone freezes/go extremely slow too.
My ping is 33, download is 12 mbps and upload is 1.5 mbps
I don't know what the problem is and i want to find out what it is and how to fix it.. I called out internet service provider for a ip change and he said he couldn't do it. He also told theres alot of errors or something and he said it has something to do with "tap", i think thats what he said
EDIT: I looked at my logs on my router website and i found some wierd things going on.
