Random PSU shut offs

I got a cheap PSU from newegg about 8 months back. Whenever i hit my case the dam thing shuts off. Sometimes when Im on the PC, it just shuts off randomly. Is this the cause of a possible short or something? Is it worth taking the PSu apart or is it way too hard to even bother and just not be a cheapy mc cheapskate and buy a new reliable PSU?

PSU's still hold a charge for quite a while and can cause injury even after they are unplugged. Best not to mess with taking it apart. I think you should just buy a new one. Preferably a good one this time.
