.RAR CD To PC?

hey, i have a .RAR file on a cd, and my pc wont let me copy it over to my desktop, any ideas on what the hell is going on

do you get error messages when you try to copy it?

i did yes, i got it on after i while, it would only work when i put it in the burner and copyed it from there.

1. What error messages?
2. Try a reader drive (rather than a burner drive), they tend to be more leniant
