re-Formating problem, win xp sp2 ?

I deleted the all the spaces and created a new one.
I ran the first step of installation, it copied all of the files needed.
The computer restarted, and the installation trys to restart but I get an Error and it shuts down. The error reads.

Isass.exe System Error
An invalid parameter was passed to service or function.
If I press ok, or X to close it out, it restarts my computer.

This happens in the Windows XP install screen when you start windows.
The screen that has the time remaining on the install on the left and so on.

I retried installing a few times and the same thing.
Help me, thanks
 
I Got It !!

I re-installed a few more times, now I think I got it.
Now it is finally running the install.
got like 30 minutes to go.
If things change I will keep you posted.
But for now,
