Re-formatting a WINDOWS 95 PC

hi, i have a old windows 95 pc with a 2GB hard drive (tiny i know), but i want to re-fromat this hard drive but i cant create a dos startup disc beucase its win 95. does anyone know if there is any way i can re-format this computer??

been so long I cannot remember much of windows 95 and creating boot disks with it but I was sure that you could. But anyway I cannot remember but you can download what you need off of the internet. http://www.bootdisk.com/

Surely you can make a bootdisk on Windows95

See the help guide, I remember it, but i dont remember the step. Try and find it through control panel.
