Re-Registering System

Does anyone know how I can re-register a system? Bought a used system and it is registered to the previous owner...how can I change this? Also, I installed Windows XP Prof, but there are no games....and idea why? I thought these were standard. Thanks for the help :confused:
 
re-register? you mean activate? you should be able to call microsoft's 1-800 line and talk to someone in India. they will get your installation ID from the activation window and get you going...
