Ready Boost?

Will Ready-boost work with any USB Flash Drive? I have a Sandisk Cruzer that advertises Ready-Boost on the packaging. Will this help in gaming until I upgrade to 4Gb?

I have used this in the past and have not even noticed a difference its not really noticable i would just reinvest that money into your memory now...

I have a 2 gig (almost empty) drive that has readyboost, and I tried it on a Vista computer (seeing as mine is not a vista), and saw no difference whatsoever.

I got it because I wanted the flashdrive, not the readyboost, and the 2 gig san disks were the same price, ($20) readyboost or not.
