Real Noob at compys, Please help me build a computer?

Pwnd who? My setup was meant for multitasking in general and keeping the cost down. If he's got the money though that setup would indeed be kick ass to have (I want that the more I look at it.)
 
I've been thinking of this:

ATI 100-435317 Radeon X800XT 256MB Video card
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
Western Digital Caviar SE WD2500JS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego

Not done yet though. What do ya think?
I don't want to go intel though.
How do I figure out if it has a passive heatsink and it's RPMS?
Hopefully it would be quiet..

I think you have a chance at breaching your budget ... and Id still argue my box is more rounded out
