Real Player Error

How do I stop getting " A General Error Has Occured. More Information is available at the RealNetworks Customer Service Website" in Real Player?
 
Stop using it and use something like VLC instead.

What files are you trying to play with RealPlayer? VLC can play almost anything and is much less annoying.
 
I don`t really use realplayer as a media player, vlc or DA player are two of the best media players, i only really install realplayer as i have found it the easiest way to download videos from all different websites.
