When I try to copy a video from a a site "download this video" comes up on screen but when I click on it nothing happens, I have Win XP, and use Mozila

What about when you right-click on the video itself and select "Download this video"? Either option should bring up a dialog box showing download progress.

try a pluggin for firefox. Like FireFTP.
Or try Explorer.

Not sure how FireFTP would help RealPlayer to download videos??

What version of FireFox are you using?

For me, every time FireFox updates the version, it breaks RealPlayer downloads and typically just requires RealPlayer to be reinstalled. Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer?

I downloaded and it is still the same!, I also can not open the free phone WHISTLE program, somthing in my computer is stopping both, What can it be?
