Hi, sorry i already posted this in the CPU forum before i realized this might actually be a better spot for it.
I have a problem. I just built a system with an 6000+, M2N32-SLI Deluxe, 2 gigs of corsair and a 8800gts. My problem is my core temps on my 6000+ are ready an average of 55c and 60c at IDLE!!! This is bad, i know because theyre supposed to run at about 30c. Whats weird is that i've had no problems, no crashing, my cpu fan does run high usually at about 4000rpm but dips to about 3000rpm sometimes. The first time i booted it was this high so I pulled the sink off too see if it wasnt seated good and it seemed to have the compound spread well enough. So I guess i just need some input. I"m going to order some AS5 and possibly even the thermaltake vx to try to fix this. Thanks in advance for any input and help guys.
