Really need help on upgrade (im clueless)

Lo guys, im kinda clueless when it comes to pc's, my pc is quite old now and i wanted to know if with something around 150 euros i can upgrade it into anything decent (mostly to run wow on max).

Pc detials:

Intel(r) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50ghz 2.50 ghz

4gb ram

Geforce gtx120 or gt120 :P

You should be fine RAM wise (I'm assuming it's DDR2, but it should still be sufficient), the CPU's aging, but it would be quite costly, probably some 250 euros minimum, to replace the CPU and motherboard. If I recall correctly WoW is quite CPU intensive, but given the budget your best bet would be upgrading your GPU, a GTX 650 TI or even the 660 would be a nice addition. What resolution did you have in mind?
 
You will need to save up more, I'm going to a hazard a guess and say that's an oem pc which means you will need a new psu for a new gpu, what psu do you h e in case I'm well off the mark?
