Really need some help...really....

whenever i restart my computer i get this pop up about SVCHOST.EXE heres what it looks like....

it pops up about every 10 minutes...is there any way of preventing this from happening. i am tired of playing cs and i exit out of the game everytime becuase of this plus its really annoying. HELP ME STOP THIS!!!!

a. Always UnloadDLL
b. UnloadDLL

which one do i name the file?
