really need some help

hi I'm new on here so not sure if this the right spot to post this but anyway I downloaded a program and I need to configure it but no idea how it's asking me if my pc uses a proxy server and I have no clue and what port to use and no clue where to find the ports on windows 7 if any one could help me with these question would be great

What program?

Unless you specifically set up a proxy or have info for one, you aren't using one.
