really need your help

hey, at my house we have a wireless network allowing a laptop and another pc upstairs to go on the net etc, i want to be able to stop a program on the pc upstairs from accesing the internet and making it useless, this is really important, if any of you can help me then i would be greatly appreciated.

Try blocking the port Bitcomet is using.

You would still be able to use it but you wouldn't get any external connections and there would be a NAT error. But it'll still download, albeit slower.

Can't you block it through your firewall?
