Really would like some help on new monitor decision

I've just finished building my 1st system and now I'm ready to replace this 19" CRT beast. I'm undecided on whether I should go for full HD or go bigger 24" monitor. I have a ATI 4870 card with DVI only. I'm not a gamer, but will be doing picture and video editing as well as some movie watching occasionally.
I'd like to stay under $200, but willing to go $240-250 max.

THanks, am I missing something or is the only difference in that and the other one I listed the speakers??
