I build my gaming computer today and when i powered it on this cam up, what is this? and how can i fix it?

i am a begginer and appreciate any help at all thank you.

what are the actions i must take to make my system operational?

Looks to me liked you need to install Windows. You usually get this message when no OS is installed. Put your Windows installation disc disc in the tray if you have one and then boot off it to install Windows. If you had Windows installed before, it looks like it could have become corrupted, in which case you need to reinstall Windows.

update i have not

I have not installed windows 7 yet.

I also have not installed my ssd yet but do have my hard drive installed to the motherboard should i install my ssd to motherboard rather than the hard drive because i only have one plug?

i will then install the windows 7 disk but somethigns telling me to install my ssd first then when i get an extra plug plug in my hard drive later is 128 gb enough for now? i have 1tb of hard drive too.

update okay i will do that

i will do as you said im going out to buy windows 7 home premium right now cause thats all i can afford and have already installed the ssd.

Yeah what you want to do is plug the SSD drive into your motherboard but DISCONNECT any hard drives, so that ONLY the SSD is connected. You want to make sure you plug the SSD into the SATA 6GB/s port on your motherboard if your motherboard has them (look in the manual - the vast majority of new boards have SATA 6GB/s. If you don't have SATA 6GB/s then a SATA 3GB/s port will still work fine but your performance will be bottlenecked).

Then go into your BIOS (usually press DEL or F1 at splash-screen, check your manual), then change the boot order to CD-ROM first (even though you may have DVD drive or Blu-Ray drive it will still show as CD-ROM), then change the SATA type from IDE to AHCI (again, check your motherboard manual for instructions on how to do this), then save the changes in the BIOS by pressing F10 usually.

Now you can install Windows 7 and then be sure you're going to get the best performance out of your SSD. :) Once Windows 7 has installed, update your SATA/AHCI drivers and install drivers for your video card, LAN, audio etc etc and then connect any other hard drives you may have (do this whilst the computer is turned OFF) and then you'll be good to go!

or you can go to the microsoft website and download windows 8 beta for free and use that for a year, then get another one. if you do it this way just download the iso and put on a usb thumb drive and boot and install from that
No, I do not recommend you do this. It may be free but it's pre-release software and will probably give you headaches at the moment. Just go and buy the Windows 7 Home Premium you said you were going to buy. You'll be much happier.
