Rebuilding a P3

I have an old P3 1 Gig at the moment it has 256 ram that I want to rebuild for my 8 yo son , he is playing warcraft 3 and needs a 3d card. What is the best card for his needs.

Oh I not intrested in spending any money .... I wes planing on getting th best card on ebay or at a swap meet or such so in theory I would only buy the best or second best card at a very cheap price. I thought as every one had moved on to P4's the answer would be simple and there would be only one so much for the simple life....... so I think I will need more help if you must have a budget stay under 100 bucks
