Reccomend a good cooler for Phenom II

I'm going to overclock my 550 BE soon, (I have already unlocked the other two cores if that makes a difference in heat) but I need a new cooler. I want to spend 40 or under, so could someone recommend a good cooler. I have a ma790x mobo, and I would like to keep it from interfering with the RAM slots.

I have read some good things about this Coolermaster. It's priced well and performs. I would give it a good lapping job and maybe in the future...depending on your overclock...strap on a high CFM 120mm fan. It is compatible with about everything.

Here is what you need http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233014 you can add another fan to it so get another 92mm fan that is around the same CFM between 50-60CFM would be good. Then you do what is called the Push N Pull effect use one fan to push cool air through the heatsink and use the other to pull hot air out the heatsink this will give you better temps.
