Recently installed vista 64-bit

after installing vista and my video driver i noticed something very strange and it does not happen on win xp

when i enable SLI, Crysis and Farcry 2 crash when i attempt to minimize to desktop.

when i disable SLI, the games don't crash when i minimize, but instead they stay windowed.

The only other game i have installed is halo2vista and its been working flawlessly

I've been searching on google and i still have not found someone with the same problem, any advise or insight upon my situtation would be much appreciated :)

ASUS P5N32-E SLI PLUS
4 GB ram Corsair DDR2
8800 gtx (x2)
E6850 intel core2duo @ 3 ghz
Vista premium 64-bit
 
its not the OS, it's driver issues not being set correctly to the SLI setting.

thsoe games will run flawlessly in 64 bit windows. its the setttings you make which will allow them to run.
