Recomend a good CPU Cooler

i have an athlon 64 3400+ processor and the standard fan/heatsync that comes with the processor. my processor is curently running at around 140' F at idle after it's been on all night. I have my processor overcolcked X 10 % and that might have something to do with it but i want some recomendations for good CPU Coolers that are relativley easy to install, meaning that i dont have to remove my motherboard to install it.

Well

The first CPU cooler that you have suggested would not even fit your socket. The second and third coolers looks right but I have never heard of their performance. Some of the best coolers are made by:
