Recommend a LAN Card?

I already picked out a network card, but it's out of stock and coming back in early November and my deadline to build a computer is around October.

This is a very similar card to the one that you had picked out. It offers many of the same features and can be used in either a 32- or 64-bit environment. Its a little more expensive but not too much different in that regard.

New motherboards generally have integrated ethernet cards, some even two, are you sure you need this on top of integrated ethernet?

Yes, that board has an onboard lan. I would say at least 98 percent if not 100 percent of todays boards do.

Another question, it says: Onboard Audio
Audio Chipset VIA VT1708S
Audio Channels 8 Channels

Should I still buy a sound card or is that one alright? I'm going to be using the computer for gaming, so I kinda want good quality sound

Thats high definition audio. Unless the sound coming out of it sounds horrible, you should be fine keeping it.
