Recommend me a monitor

I'm looking for a monitor for under $200 (more if there is a good deal) with these things in mind:

I'm willing to buy it used and refurbished.
I'm looking for a monitor that's not too hard on the eyes as I'll be using it a lot.
I'm going to need more than one window open at the same time and I'm looking for 24'' or higher (to 27''/28''), but I'd take a 22'' and 23'' if there is a good deal. But the bigger the better.
I'd prefer a HP, Samsung, ViewSonic, or LG but I'd also take a ASUS, Dell, and Acer (even though I'll be connecting it to an HP).

There's no monitor for under $200 that are above 24". Here's some choices.

I chose these because they have the LED backlight, which is easier on the eyes. Good brands, good reviews.

I would choose the first ASUS. Best response time and contrast ratio.

I wouldn't buy refurbished, and as claptonman has already said, you won't find anything bigger than a 24" for $200. A 27" will be around $300. I would go with Asus.
