recommendations needed for desktop work computer

If you look at my sig, it's a business grade motherboard with a server HDD and a good CPU. I run my system all day whether I use it or not and shut off at night. Well if I leave home it gets shut off.

That might give you some ideas what may fit your work. I'm just a user but I built this system with stability and durability in mind.
