How do i record stuff that im watching on my tv to my computer?
What do i need to buy? Whats a capture card?

Either a TV card or capture card would work, the two most common types would be PCI and USB, and the more expensive ones offer more inputs, higher recording quality, more features, etc.

Alright thanks lanpartiercarter.
Im in need of another and had the cheap one before. It worked fine for recording also. I just took it out and ordered the better one for 110.
though im mostly a news freak and like it on top in the bottom so i don't miss it.
