Recording RCA?

My uncle gave me 2 small cameras (around 1" by 1"). It's powered by a 9V battery, and has two outputs. Yellow (video) and white/red (sound).

I'm wanting a small device to directly record video and sound, but have had no luck finding such a thing. It can't be too big (AKA: VCR or something like that), but rather compact.

Thanks!

No, not record to computer. Record to a device, which then can be, by using a DVD or CD, put on a computer.

EDIT - Using DVD, CD, USB, Firewire, anything...

I don't get what you are saying. You want to convert it from a device to another device, then from that device to a computer? Why not just put it from the device, to the computer, then to a CD/DVD?

Ok, you see, I'm trying to hook up a camera system for my go kart. I already have 2 very small, high quality, cameras with sound. Very small power needed, reliable, and I already have them...

So I want a small and portable device to record whatever I'm doing (fixed mount for camera) while I'm driving, and when the day is done, take out a small disc, or whatever and plug it onto my computer, and download the clip of the go kart...

You see where I'm goin? Kinda?

Ah, I see where you are going. So basically you want a way to record the video while you are driving, and then upload it to your PC afterwords because the camera you're using doesn't have a built-in recorder, correct?

Correct. I'm thinking they were dual function. On the go, and stationary. It came with an adapter and a 9V connector.

I can't think of anything, unless you will be driving very close around one area, because then you can connect a wireless RCA device that will transmit the video/audio via wireless to a base station that could be connected to a VCR or your computer.
