Hi all,

i want to do some recording on my desktop,i mean like record what i do on my desktop for a clip and then be able to edit it and add music etc with Windows movie maker.


I have the full version of Fraps,will that do what i want it to do or will i need some other software?

I don't think Fraps will work with just a desktop...

Yeah, almost everybody on youtube uses hypercam. AndI tried it too, it's cool

Never tried fraps, but I think hypercam uses quite a lot of RAM. You could use something like Camtasia Studio if you don't mind paying for it, or find an open source alternative.
