Recording straming video

I use realplayer to download most of the streaming video but I don't know how to record streaming video which is streamed through flash.

Any Ideas please?

If you are using firefox, install flashgot addon. When there is a video files in the website, an icon will pop out at the statusbar. Click it and you will download it it.
 
I use Vdownloader. All I do is right-click and copy the animation's URL and Vdownloader automatically downloads and converts it to any number of different file types. Free.
