I was wondering if there's any free software out there to record streaming video. I found WM recorder 12 but it's only a trial version only records 5 minutes. A registration code would help ... Or any free ones out there.
For personal videos from camcorders and devices like that there are several free programs to look over at http://www.newfreedownloads.com/find/video-recorder.html You generally need a tv tuner/capture card or usb type device however for recording video on a pc.
Sometimes you have to run a good search to find something that will work. A few sites like that carry various freewares rather then the typical shareware type where you see the free to try most often.
