recover a file

hi,
i stored a microsoft access file on my laptop computer and on my USB memory stick. I deleted the file of the memory using my other laptop, but this other laptop is now broke and un-repairable, the local computer center said that theres many things wrong with it and the HDD is one and he could not recover the file.
Is there any way to recover the file that was on my USB Memory Stick?

unfortunately no. if it has been Deleted off the stick then the olny way to get it would be from the souce of the file.
