Recover Deleted Data

hey y'all, i have an external HD and i accidentally deleted some files. Do you guys know a software that will help me to retrieve these files even though they were deleted and possibly formated..

well you can use google to get some freeware ones.
or you can alternatively use THIS or i think Ontrack Easy recovery can also help
