Recover Notebook text from Recuva?

I wrote some notes in the standard Notebook, then my battery got out of my computer, and when started, my notes where gone. I didn't save it, but is it possible to recover through Recuva? If so, what should I look for? There's hundreds of thousand files to recover...

If you didn't save it then it's gone. You might have success if the application stores a temporary copy of what you were working on, you'd be prompted by the application (such as Word) the next time you opened it up to recover it.

Traditionally not saving it means your data is in RAM, which is lost when power is no longer applied.
