Recovering Deleted Email on Exchange Server

Hi,

Is there anyway of recovering messages that have been deleted from users mail box which is connection to an exchange server?

I have tried recovering deleted items but there is nothing showing and I did not know if there was another way of doing anything like this?

Hopefully, someone can help me?

Hello,

Is this a shared server or your own server? Did you or the host have a backup plan running daily? Restoring the inbox from past backup would be your only choice at this point.
