recovery disc creator error

I've been trying to create recovery discs on my Toshiba laptop, which is running vista home premium, and get this error message:

I have tried new discs, and some from my wife's pack, to no avail.Any suggestions?

Contact Toshiba for suppory and give them that error code. They might just have to ship you recovery cd's anyway.
