Recycle bin not working!

When i delete a file, it does not appear in the recycle bin!

Sounds like you have it set to bypass the recycle bin and delete the file totally. Check it here.

1. Right-click the Recycle Bin, and then click Properties.
2. In the Recycle Bin Properties dialog box, click to unselect the Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted check box.
3. Click OK.

I deleted the icon, restarted my PC and it works 100A% fine now. no worries
