as far as i know... its not possible to do that. unless you go through the registry and change it. so i dont understand.

I have never heard of a deleted recycling bin. As far as I knew, you could not delete it.

i deleted mine. it was annoying me cos it was the only icon the the desktop

but yeah... you cant do it unless you "hack" the registry lol. so i dont know what tupakiz is talking about

Okay. Yeah I do not know either.

I am running XP and when I right click the recycling bin there is not delete option.

maybe he accidently made a new icon/shortcut and made the icon the same as the Bins then deleted it?

well if thats the case then go to the recycling bin and restore it

you can delete recycle bin.... maybe you deleted only the recycle bin in the desktop, but you can open your recycle bin in the folders in the left side then scroll down. you cannot see the recycle bin in the search.....

Hes talking abot the recycle bin icon, in vista you can delete it. Go into documents At the location bar thing type " Recycle Bin " and then fish out the icon.
