ok so my sister flipped the switch on the power converter thinking it was a pwer button i guess i dunno. well nothing smells burned ir fried and the motherboard looks fine the computer just wont turn on. what are the chances i just have to get a new power supply?

Unplug the power supply and wait a few minutes. Then plug it back in and see if it turns on. What is the brand and model number of the power supply?

Unplugging it from the wall should reset it. Rosewill's aren't that great of a unit. At least if it doesn't turn back on, you can always rma it back to newegg.

You mean the 110-220v switch got flipped? Just turn the computer off and move where it is.

Yeah, if you changed the switch from 110V to 240V you've probably damanged something. However, if you haven't already switched it back, try that.

Lol oh yeah I switched it back. I am blond but not that bad XD

It works now. I don't know what it did but everything seems to be fine so I'm not going to question it too hard lol. Everyone was telling me I probably fried the motherboard and other components inside the tower so I was worried as heck lol. Thanks for all the advice and answers! I unplugged it and let it sit overnight. Im glad I didn't just assume it was dead like my friends were telling me lol.
