You can find several Linux sites one for each distro with a download for creating a Grub or Lilo boot flioppy. That's the easy part there. A few other ideas can go along with this is choosing an alternate to floppy method. Having dual OSed Linux with Linux and Linux with Windows one great little tool when found was the ubuntu boot manager on 3 1/2". The thing to get accustomed to there was the selection of the partition rather then OS unlike the usual choose OS or distro to load. Once you choose a partition on one or more drives installed the boot manager would load the OS on it. http://howtos.linux.com/howtos/HOWTO-INDEX/os.shtml#OSBOOT

Another much easier interface was a universal boot loader that has the usual Linux penguin icon on it with a screen of push buttons(one for each OS). You simply clicked on one for the intended distro there. That required installation into the host drive's master boot record(mbr) and loads "any" OS.
