Reformat ?

I recently found a trojan on my PC. I used the reformat option in Vista setup and re-installed windows.

I can't help but notice how quick the re-format feature is in Vista. My question is this: What level re-format is it? Is it comparable to a quick format in XP setup?

I'm wondering if I should re-format using the XP disk (non-quick format method) then install Vista.

The only difference in the quick is it doesnt do a disk error check. The format itself is the same between the two.
