I just got done reformating a dell demision 2400 with XP Pro. On start-up it ask's me to choose either Windows XP Pro, or Windows XP Home. I deleated everything when I reformated. The computer runs great other then that. How do I get the PC to just boot up with no options right to XP Pro? Thanks

Put the install CD back in, and go back to where is asks you where you would like it to install. Highlight the Windows XP Home partition and press d, and then L. Then exit and restart.

I just Did that and all it displayed was "Windows Xp Professional". No Windows Xp Home at all. What can I do now?

Go into your system properties. Right click and click Properties on your "My Computer."

Go to the Advanced tab. The third option below that will be "Startup and Recovery." Click on settings and uncheck the "Time to display list of operating systems."

Make sure that right above that, the default operating system is the one that you want. In this case, XP PRO.
