Refresh Rate

Well I have noticed lately that my refresh rate is awful. I have the resolution at 1280 by 960 and a refresh rate of 60hetz. On this resoultion I have the option between 60, 70, 72, 75, 85hertz, but it I choose any of them above 60 my screen is to shaky and will deff. give me a bad headace if I keep it on anything other than 60. Also the screen resoultion doesn't matter either. Any ideas would be great, you can see my computer sepcs and monitor below.

drop the resolution raise the refresh rates...

you should be able to go 1024 720 and 70 i think so the refresh will be a bit better

on my 17 inch monitor i have a 1024x768 resolution and a 85Hz refresh rate (sometimes i raise it to 100Hz)

Im on 1152 x 864 at 85 Hz. works fine.
