Dear friends,
I just want to get few ideas from you on archiving the group mail box. Our shop has 12 group mail box which are configured to each persons in our shop.
As our mail box limit is 100 MB it gets filled every 2 weeks. We are archiving the box every 2 weeks. But my question is , If we are configuring the archive mail box to everyone we are facing the below prob's
1. People are deleting the email either by mistake or purposefully
2. Few people are using this archive folder as their archive folder and overlaying it.
3. Some of the archive folders are deleted from the share drive also
Is there any better way to avoid this occurrence? Please advice me.
