Regarding Conflicts

Hey guys, I just put up my new baby and was having an issue, very often i get the blue screen, and then the error messeges

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x0000000A (0x0000BAB3,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x806e4A8E

Now I have been having a problem with the 7900GTX OC, I get artifacting with games and then stalls, and then when browsing through my hard drives i get these black outs that occur for a second, i have since switched my card to another one, because nvidia said there was a recall, but im just about to install my audigy xs platnium again, because the errors usually start after i install it, has anyone heard or that having an issue with 64bit systems?

Thanks alot guy.

Well the IRQ has something to do with the boot sequence as far as order I believe. I would try to go to BIOS and just set everything to default and see if that works.

Sorry if thats not very helpful. I thought I would say what I would try.

It does sound like a hardware problem though. It's really hard to say for sure.

sometimes creative sound cards have to be on a certain IRQ, but I haven't ran into that in a while.

what onboard devices do you have on your motherboard? IRQ conflicts these days are pretty rare, it could be a resource issue with the OS, and not the hardware.

no i havent but i just did, I just thought also, I couldn't download the latest chipset driver from asus, but i updated the bio anyways, they say that could crash the system, so could that bue screen popping up maybe be a hint to update the chipset (somehow) then just flash the bios again, or should put the bios to the old version? (if so how would i revert it)?

thanks again guys
