regedt32.exe - Application Error, Please Help :D

Hello Computer Forumers:

I recently got an error popping up out of nowhere. I guess I just installed Nero, AnyDVD and DVD Shrink. I downloaded Registry Mechanic 6.0 and try fixing the registry and hoping it will help. But after 4 hours it showed up again. Is there a fix to that or I just should uninstall the programs? If there is a simple fix to it that would be great. Please help me out. Thank you.
 
The error just say regedt32.exe - Application Error. It say something about memory can't be read. I uninstalled the programs I recently installed but still doesn't fix the problems. I tried using a program call Registry Mechanic 6.0 but that didn't help. I can't find any other solution to fix this. It's weird that it only pops up when it want to and doesn't show up all the time. Thank you for replying :D
