Registry cleaner

I am looking for the best registry cleaner. I understand that there are a few freebees out there, and some to pay for. What would be the best one? Preferably freeware.

i use serveral cleaners, but spybot makes the best hits. for some reasons a second cleaner is needet cuz of differences of their database.

i use ccleaner which cleans up files as well as the registry. no problems with it yet and i think it works well for freeware.

i wouldnt recommend using reg cleaners... i wouldnt count in some 1 i dont know algorithm to clean the most sensitive windows place.
if u got to the point that u think that your ger is so derty... i recommend reinstall windows.
