registry problem i think

i recently installed tune up utilitys and ran the registry cleaner and everything works fine except when i go to hotmail.com and check my email the screen only stays up for like 5 seconds then it closes on its own. I have no problem veiwing any other web site and all of my programs work fine. The only thing that seems to be messed up is going to www.hotmail.com. could this have something to do with me cleaning the registy and if so is there any way to fix it without using system restore. i dont want to have to take all the changes back for one website, cleaning the registry has helped my pc a lot.
 
i fixed the problem. It was in my pop up blocker. I guess when i cleaned the registry it made it start blocking hotmial somehow idk. but its fixed now
