Registry Thing...

I'm not even sure if this is the right forum to post my problem...sorry, but I aint that into tech stuff....
I need some help concerning my PC..something has to do with registry thing...can someone PLEASE help me?
I installed some game in my PC & it requires the registry editing to be enabled as it's disabled right now
how do you change this registry editor from disabled to enabled
can anyone PLEASE help?

Sounds like something's screwed with the permissions, post a Hijackthis log.
