RegSvr32 error message at boot (Windows XP)

Whenever my PC boots the desktop I get a message from RegSvr32 that it can't find a dll file, and for good reason, it's not there. Without it my computer runs as good as it ever did but I get this annoying message whever I boot up=

LoadLibrary("C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\mlspkrej.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found.

I can't find this file in any of my other computers, and I ran a google search and couldn't find anything about the file. Does anyone know how to stop it looking for the file?
Thanks,
Matt

use msconfig to disable the module, am pretty sure a program is doing this, so this program can't find the file it gives this error, usually occurs when there was a virus issue (but i don't know if you were infected), but try it though, you will easily identify good programs from suspicious ones,

cheers

It was a virus issue which I have rectified apart from this message. I'll go and check msconfig now, thanks

Update: I found and disabled it, thanks patrickv
